During the SUN ‘n FUN Fly-In International Fly-In & Expo, we offer additional facility rental space through special activities tents. It’s the perfect opportunity to entertain your guests, customers and potential customers. We can accommodate almost any event, regardless of size, throughout the day and evening.

VIP Chalet Rentals

Impress your guests with a VIP Chalet Rental on the Airshow Front Line at the SUN ‘n FUN International Fly-In & Expo!

Included in the rental Chalet:

  • Tables/chairs/linens to seat 100 people
  • Inside cooled by “Cool Space” cooling unit
  • Outdoors courtyard facing airshow stadium seating for 50
  • Access to A/C restrooms

VIP Chalet rental pricing and availability:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday

  • ½ day rental $2,500.00: 9:00am – 1:00pm morning (lunch event) / 2:00pm – 6:00pm (dinner event)
  • Full day $5,000.00: 9:00 – 6:00pm (for the above days)

Wednesday & Saturday

INCLUDES NIGHT AIRSHOW

  • ½ day rental $3,500.00: 9:00am – 1:00pm morning (lunch event) / 2:00pm – 6:00pm (dinner event)
  • Full day $7,500.00: 9:00 – 6:00pm

NO HALF-DAY RENTAL AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAY (Food not included)


 

LARGE CHALET RENTAL

  • Available after 7 p.m.

Florida Air Museum

CAPACITY:

  • 250 stand-up cocktail reception or
  • 150 dinner/meeting (requires airplane displacement)

Any party exceeding the stated capacity of the Museum must obtain permission from SUN ‘n FUN or the event will be cancelled.

Hospitality Suite

With it’s beautiful long windows and inviting atmosphere, the Hospitality Suite is perfect for small wedding parties, business meetings and social gatherings. A catering kitchen is available along with Audio-Visual equipment and other business tools.

CAPACITY:

  • 100 stand-up cocktail reception (limited tables)
  • 60 dinner/meeting
  • 35 classroom style seating
  • 70 theater seating

Standard configuration uses eight rectangular tables, thirty inches by eight feet, maximum of twelve. Alternatively, seven round tables, seating for up to seven people each, are available at no extra charge. Note that the tables do not all have a smooth finish, so table cloths are recommended for all tables. Cloth table cloths are available for rental.

SUN ‘n FUN Pavilion

The open-air pavilion includes more than 10,000 square feet of covered space, providing your exhibition, holiday function, theme party, convention, wedding or other special event a spacious area to entertain. A complete food and beverage serving area, large stage, storage facility, loading dock, restroom and ample parking make this a convenient and attractive location for larger events.

CAPACITY:

  • 1,200 theater seating
  • 450 dinner/meeting
  • 350 picnic table seating (35 picnic tables w/10 people each)
  • 850 stand-up cocktail receptions
      This rental is for the Pavilion only and includes use of the kitchen. Restrooms cannot be used for parties over 200 people. Porta potties must be rented by client for parties of 200 or more.
